Delivery Terms
1. Order Processing Conditions
The LABCAR online store processes orders after full payment has been credited to our bank account or completed via payment providers such as Tpay.com or PayPal.
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
2. Shipping Time
Orders are shipped within 7 business days from the moment the payment is received.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be promptly informed about the expected processing time.
3. Delivery Methods
Shipping is carried out via a reputable courier service to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Once the shipment is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.
4. Domestic and International Delivery
We ship across the entire European Union.
For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs may be higher due to customs procedures.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, the customer may be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes, or other import-related fees in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
LABCAR is not responsible for these additional charges.
6. Receiving the Shipment
The customer is required to inspect the package in the presence of the courier.
If any damage to the packaging or goods is noticed, we recommend preparing a damage report with the courier and contacting us immediately to file a complaint.
