1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a customer who is a consumer (a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement (e.g. by email or a letter sent by post). You may use a withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of purchase of:
- software that has been unsealed, activated, or used after delivery (e.g. by entering a license key),
- products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
3. Return of Goods
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day they informed us about the withdrawal.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Only unused and undamaged products, returned in their original packaging with complete accessories, are eligible for return.
The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Refunds
After receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, we will issue a refund (including the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered in the store) within 14 days.
The refund will be made to the bank account provided by the customer in the withdrawal statement.
