New revolutionary device with display

Main module capabilities:

• 7 outputs for relay control: 2x 12V 3A, 5x 350mA GND.
  These can control reverse light, two stages of engine fans, air conditioning fan, intercooler fan, engine and transmission oil fan, A/C compressor, daytime running lights, fuel pump, starter, Check Engine light, alternator warning light, oil pressure warning light, cruise control indicator and glow plug relay.
• 6 analog inputs for measuring oil temperature and pressure, intake air temperature and cruise control stalk signal.
• EGT measurement directly from the exhaust gas temperature sensor.
• Vehicle speed measurement from an ABS sensor or transfer case sensor, with the ability to rescale the reading after changing wheel size.
• 3 high-voltage inputs for color change, air conditioning control and forced fan operation.
• 4 low-voltage inputs for display control, view switching and menu operation.
• 4 outputs for generating signals for the tachometer, speedometer and PWM fans.
• 2 VR sensor inputs for RPM measurement from inductive sensors.
• 2x K-LINE / LIN
• 3x CAN
• The module can be made waterproof by filling it with gel or resin. The connector can also be made waterproof by adding plugs to unused pins.
• Ability to generate CAN frames required to run 6HP and 8HP transmissions and to activate the instrument cluster in a Nissan Patrol Y61 with CAN. Thanks to these CAN frames, swap projects gain new functionality, engine and transmission operation is significantly improved, the gearbox shifts faster and adaptations work correctly.
• Works with every M57 engine. The device is universal, and configuration and updates are performed via CAN using a DCAN interface from INPA.
• Ability to configure displayed data and change measurement units.
• Ability to match the display color to the vehicle’s interior lighting.
• Works with CANTCU and Turbolamik — displays program number and error codes.
• Built using automotive-grade components with an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The PCB is gold-plated and leaded solder is used to improve durability and reliability.
• Dedicated for motorsport use.

Not all listed functions are fully operational yet, but development is ongoing. A trip computer is planned, which will measure current and average fuel consumption, distance traveled and average speed.

Soon, alarm configuration will also be added in the form of a sound signal and LED warning when selected parameters are exceeded, such as oil pressure or oil temperature. Intake air temperature reading, vehicle speed reading from vehicle sensors and speed scaling are not yet active.

The device has very broad capabilities and continues to evolve.

Orders will be available through a convenient configurator in my store, which is currently being rebuilt, or through distributors.

The device price starts from 1600 PLN and strongly depends on the selected options, which can also be purchased later. Activation of additional functions is performed by entering an activation code.

The base price includes the device, display with selected housing — please specify the housing type in the order notes — 2x 12V outputs, 2x GND outputs, oil pressure measurement — additional sensor required — and tachometer signal.

• (100 PLN) CAS – emulation of CAN frames from the CAS module. It enables diagnostics, speeds up sleep/reset after engine and transmission errors, and allows adaptations, service and diagnostic functions to be performed correctly.
• (200 PLN) DSC – emulation of CAN frames from the DSC module. A vehicle speed signal and other traction-system-related data are generated, which significantly improves engine and transmission operation.
• (100 PLN) Fan by CAN – control of the original BMW fan via CAN, allowing it to be activated when the air conditioning is switched on or at lower temperature thresholds than factory settings.
• (100 PLN) Additional CAN frames – less critical, but they help eliminate unnecessary errors in the engine and transmission fault memory.
• (150 PLN) GWS F-Series – activation of F-Series gear selectors in E-Series vehicles.
• (150 PLN) Unlocking the remaining three outputs for controlling relays / indicator lights.
• (100 PLN) EGT — purchase of an additional sensor required; not included in the function activation price.
