CF33 Eliminator is a device that allows 6HP21 and 6HP28 transmissions to operate with older BMW engines in E60, E61, E8x and E9x models. Without this emulator, the transmission goes into limp mode (3rd gear only) and the error “CF33 – no data from engine control unit” is stored in the system.

Simple installation at the engine control unit. Just connect 4 wires according to the instructions – ground, power supply, CAN H, CAN L.

The above-mentioned transmissions are improved in design compared to the 6HP19 and 6HP26. They operate more smoothly, are faster and more durable, and are statistically less worn. The difference in performance compared to the first generation is significant. They can handle much higher power levels.

Thanks to this emulator, it is possible to install a transmission with an electronic GWS gear selector into a vehicle equipped with a traditional cable-operated shifter.

No modification of the engine control unit, fuel injection system, or tuning is required.

It significantly simplifies the installation of transmissions in vans or other vehicles where routing a shift cable is problematic.
